Program Overview
Metropolitan Home is partnering with top designers to create the ultimate showhouse in San Francisco’s exclusive Pacific Heights neighborhood. Scheduled to open in June 2009 this spectacular renovation project will update a historic 7,000 square-foot home, outfitting it with the latest green technologies and cutting-edge modern design.
Modern by Design will open with a VIP launch party during the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) and will remain open for up to four weeks with public tours benefiting the San Francisco Ballet. Through on-site product integration, in-book and online exposure and extensive press coverage, Metropolitan Home will showcase sponsors’ products and green initiatives in a design-forward environment and engage millions of in-market consumers and trade professionals.
