Ocean Tones

Boston interior designer Eric Roseff created a color palette of deep teal, malachite, gold, and tortoiseshell for the bedroom of the Dream Home 2008 at the Boston Design Center, a scheme that is both hip and Old World all at once. Adding extra glamour is the use of reflective surfaces—such as the deep teal patent leather that wraps the bookcases, gold bed linens, upholstered benches and silk-covered wall—and the tortoiseshell-papered headboard wall.
