Roaming the interiors of this hotel near the Musée d'Orsay is like wandering through the mind of a fashion genius. Perennially effusive couturier Christian Lacroix borrowed rich imagery from seemingly disparate sources -- tarot cards, Renaissance architecture, wrestling masks -- and applied them in the form of giant murals in each of the hotel's 34 luxurious rooms (doubles from $315; LeBelleChasse.com). -- KL
