The main living floor of Jason Shelton and Amy Shimer’s loft building is organized around a new light-filled courtyard that’s open to the sky. “Imagine bringing a balcony inside,” says Shelton. Furniture includes an Andy sofa from B&B Italia and Poul Kjaerholm Wicker chairs from Design Within Reach; the coffee table is a George Nelson classic.
