Up Front & Personal
In the small front yard of garden designer Scott Colombo’s house, a stone pathway planted with chamomile and ‘Louise Odier’ and ‘Soleil’ roses leads to the main terrace, which is only ten feet square. Palm trees are planted on either side of it, and a square iron trellis—planted at the base with white roses—rises above it. In the distance, water trickles down gently sloping steps.
