Perfect Package

In the bedroom, Ray designed the bookshelves flanking the fireplace; tall legs allow the backs to clear baseboard heaters. The chairs provide extra seating for parties. In addition to the draperies, Ray made the pillows from tapestries found at a museum shop in Paris. The lamp is a "second" from a Simon Pearce showroom; the bronze plate was rescued from Ray’s parents’ attic.
