A major goal of this green-minded renovation was to maximize indoor/outdoor living. This seating area, which faces the foyer on the opposite side of the house, offers expansive views of the adjacent garden through new floor-to-ceiling windows. Furnishings include vintage leather Katavolos/Littell/Kelley chairs and a Jens Risom love seat (all from the 1950s and purchased at resale shops) and a West Elm coffee table The rug is from the Shibui Collection that homeowner Julie Cohn designed for Surya.
