Instead of the expected matching fireside love seats, the designers paired Ted Boerner’s muscular Intermezzo sofa (left) with Andrée Putman’s curvy Crescent Moon from Ralph Pucci. The four paintings are by Hiro Yokose; the gold chair is vintage; the Aspen mirror is from the Holly Hunt Collection. The gleaming coffee table, an “art-design” piece, is Paris-based Arik Levy’s Log 206 of mirror-polished stainless steel (produced in an edition of five).
