Three ways to make the most of an occasional table
Dynamic Display
Show off your prized collections on a console between two windows. Unify objects
with color and shape. Here black-and-white images in black frames make a cohesive
arrangement while the profile of a white lamp echoes white gourd-shaped pottery.
Center a large framed picture on the table; lean it against the wall. Flank
it with one the same size and one smaller; keep an equal distance between frames.
Layer a shorter square frame over the two same-size frames. Fill a white bowl
with cream-colored cut flowers. Center an odd number of ceramic vessels on the
table's bottom shelf; stagger the heights.
