Color Cues: Green Room
Incorporating bold shades of any color—especially green—into your decor can be daunting, but that's no excuse to play it safe. "Begin with an inspirational element—a collection of vintage pottery or set of botanical prints—and focus on a shade of green that you are drawn to," says Barbara Richardson, director of color marketing at Glidden. "Build your confidence by introducing the color in small doses, and once you're comfortable, try painting an accent wall."
