Matteo Cibic describes his Domsai Terrariums as the next wave in virtual pets, a sort of Tamagotchi (remember those?) for your side table or desk. Except instead of virtual “food,” these little guys live on very real water and sunlight. Produced in Nove, Italy, and debuted at Milan’s 2009 Design Week, the planters are one-of-a-kind, hand-cast and mouth-blown, and add a punch of personality to any everyday surface. (aplusrstore.com)
