For lovers of Met Home’s Weekend Kitchen on homemade ketchup (September 2009), here’s an update. If you don’t have time to make you own, Oregon-based Dulcet Cuisine, producer of all-natural, beautifully packaged ethnic cooking spices, rubs and mustards, have a turned their creative hands to ketchup. There are three varieties--mild Indian curry, sweet orange chili and peppery Moroccan. Much more than a compliment to burgers and fries, these ketchups will add spice—and complexity--to everything from mac ‘n’ cheese to meatballs; $6 each; dulcet.com
